When Chef Wenford Patrick Simpson first opened The Simpson Restaurant & Bar in Brooklyn, he had a vision of creating more than just a restaurant – he wanted to create a community gathering place where exceptional food meets warm hospitality. Now, that same vision is expanding to Atlantic City, with an exciting new twist.
“Beautiful! Upscale! Classy!” These are the words Chef Patrick uses to describe the upcoming Atlantic City location. The new establishment will combine our award-winning Caribbean and Soul Food cuisine with a premium sports bar experience, creating something truly unique for Atlantic City’s diverse dining scene.
